What is a membership certificate?

We appreciate your commitment to the ADSC and would be happy to issue you an official membership certificate or certificate of employment. This can be a great support, especially when applying for a job, to emphasize your skills but also your extracurricular commitment.

How to get a certificate?

However, we do not want to issue certificates arbitrarily to preserve the integrity of our club and to motivate our members to get involved. For this reason, we only issue certificates after the following conditions have been met:

You have been a member of the club for at least 3 months
You have actively participated in one of our internal teams or in a project. We do not specify any fixed weekly hours, but we will approach the team/project leads when you apply for a certificate and enquire about your commitment. If you are unsure about your involvement in the team, please contact your team lead

In the certificates, we are always happy to elaborate on your areas of responsibility, tasks, and completed projects. We generally issue very positive references, and you can choose whether they should be in German or English.
